As far as I know, this prop is priced higher than its market value. Not worth to buy unless the price drops back to market value.

Heard some pretty disturbing stuff about Metropolitan Square, especially Block A (Milan). My friend said he saw one unit there being used for shady business — like a brothel. Got this pimp-looking car always dropping off girls, looks like they’re there to service “customers”.

Honestly quite shocking, especially for a residential condo. Management really needs to step up before the place’s reputation gets totally ruined.
